Paint Party Friday: Week 4, Year 9 Check-In

Welcome to Week 4 of Year 9 here at PPF!!
 
This week our random number generator chose #26 - Craftartista. Mia was participating in a challenge where the prompt was "Hanging Around" and created this for all cat lovers out there.
