Paint Party Friday: Week 20 Year 4

Welcome to week 20, year 4 of Paint Party Friday!

This week, the random.org number generator chose #6 - Giggles at the Happy Tiler.  Last week, Giggles (a.k.a. Sherrie) found some much needed relief from a heat wave through creating some beautifully bright and colorful paintings on catalog pages.
